Limerick City Roofing is a roofing firm that takes on the work a roof needs in Limerick city and its suburbs, from a leak that has appeared this week to a complete new roof. Our work is mostly homes, with some shops, offices and older buildings.
We set out to give you the right advice before the right price. That means telling you when a repair is enough, when a roof is nearly done, and what each would cost, in writing, with photographs of what we found. Nothing is quoted from the pavement.
The price is fixed once you have it, the guarantee is written down, and if something we did is not right, we come back and put it right.

What the guarantee says.
Installation and replacement work carries a written 10-year workmanship guarantee, given to you before work starts. A complete roof replacement adds the Lifetime Leak Guarantee, and so does a complete gutter replacement. Repairs carry the same written 10-year workmanship guarantee. You are told which guarantees apply before you agree to anything.
