A long stone building with arched windows and a slate roof
Commercial roofing

Commercial roofing
in Limerick.

Flat and low-pitched roofs on shops, offices, units and older buildings, repaired or renewed with as little disruption as the work allows.

01 / About this service

A roof over a business has to keep working

A leak in a house is a nuisance. A leak in a shop or an office can stop trade, spoil stock and put a customer off for good. Commercial roofs also tend to be larger, harder to reach and shared with plant, rooflights and drainage that has to keep working while the roof is repaired.

The work divides into two kinds. Flat and low-pitched roofs, covered in felt, EPDM, GRP or a single-ply membrane, make up most of it. The rest is pitched roofs on older commercial and public buildings, where natural slate and lead are the right materials and the roof is part of the character of the building.

We survey first and put a written price on the work, along with the access, the programme and how the building will be kept dry and open while we are on the roof. Insurers often want a report, and we write one with photographs.

04 / Pricing

What this usually costs.

No single guide figure fits commercial roofs, so each is priced once it has been surveyed. For a flat roof in EPDM or GRP the 2026 ballpark is €90 to €140 per m², and the survey says what applies to yours.

05 / How it works

From the first visit to the handover.

01

Survey

A roofer goes into the attic and onto the slope, and takes photographs of what is there.

02

Price

A written, fixed figure that lists what was found, what will be done and what is left out.

03

Work

Our own crew, with safe access, suitable materials and a clean site.

04

Handover

We take you through the job, clear away and give you the written guarantee.

06 / FAQ

Common questions, answered.

Do you work on shops and offices?

Yes, on flat and low-pitched roofs and on pitched ones.

Can work be done while the building is open?

Often yes. We agree the access, the working hours and the way the building is protected before we start.

How do I get a price?

After a free survey. Commercial roofs vary too much for a quoted guide figure.

Do you write reports for insurers and landlords?

Yes, written and photographed.

What is guaranteed?

Installation work carries a written 10-year workmanship guarantee, and a complete roof replacement the Lifetime Leak Guarantee.
