1. Quotations

A written quotation is a fixed price and stays open for 30 days. Nothing it lists will be billed again as an extra. If more work turns out to be needed once the roof is open, we agree it with you in writing first.

2. Payment

Payment terms are agreed when you accept the quotation. Usually a deposit is paid on acceptance and the balance when the work is complete, by bank transfer or cheque. VAT at 13.5% is charged on residential work.

3. Guarantees

Installation and replacement work carries a written workmanship guarantee of 10 years, given to you before work begins. A complete roof replacement, and a complete gutter replacement, also carry the Lifetime Leak Guarantee. Repairs carry the same written 10-year workmanship guarantee. No guarantee covers damage caused by another contractor's later work, weather outside what is normal in Ireland, or a structural fault in the building.

4. Insurance

We carry public liability insurance of €6.5 million and employer liability insurance of €13 million, and a certificate for each is available on request.

5. Access

Please make sure our crew can reach the property safely and park nearby while work is under way.

6. Complaints and law

These terms are governed by Irish law and disputes go to the Irish courts. Please raise any complaint with [email protected] first, and we aim to settle it within 5 working days.
